JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Coordinating the work of Regional F&I Managers, setting common priorities, and ensuring effective delivery of F&I targets across all regions,
- Taking responsibility for achieving nationwide F&I sales targets, insurance product sales targets, and the overall financial performance of the F&I function across the Porsche Inter Auto Poland network,
- Continuously monitoring and analysing F&I sales performance and initiating actions to support target achievement,
- Motivating and supporting Regional F&I Managers in achieving the best possible sales results,
- Setting strategic directions and ensuring a consistent approach to F&I operations across dealerships,
- Developing the sales of financial services provided by Volkswagen Financial Services and insurance products,
- Identifying the sales potential of individual regions and recommending actions to improve F&I sales effectiveness,
- Supporting Regional F&I Managers in implementing sales, training, and development activities within their regions,
- Ensuring consistent standards, high-quality processes, and compliance of F&I activities with applicable procedures and regulations,
- Coordinating the flow of information between Regional F&I Managers, dealerships, and financial and insurance institutions,
- Cooperating with Sales and other functions across the organisation to support the development of the F&I business,
- Initiating and implementing improvements aimed at optimising processes and increasing the effectiveness of the F&I function across the organisation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Very good knowledge of financial and insurance products,
- Experience in the sales and development of financial and insurance services, preferably within the automotive industry,
- Experience in team management and coordinating employees responsible for achieving sales targets,
- Strong ability to analyse sales performance, draw conclusions, and translate insights into concrete business actions,
- Highly developed sales, negotiation, and communication skills,
- Ability to motivate, develop, and engage teams,
- Proactive approach, independence, and strong results orientation,
- Very good organisational skills and the ability to coordinate activities across multiple regions simultaneously,
- Willingness to travel within Poland,
- Category B driving licence,
- Very Good command of English, enabling effective and confident communication.
