Finance Manager (f/m/d)

Brief Role Description

As a Finance Manager, you manage financial activities to support the organization’s financial health and growth. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and developing strategies to optimize performance. You ensure compliance with regulations, manage budgets, and provide insights for decision-making. Your expertise in financial analysis and management contributes to overall financial stability and success of the organization.

Possible Tasks within this Role

Lead and develop the finance function, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team

Ensure strong financial governance, compliance, and integrity across all operations

Deliver accurate financial reporting in line with IFRS and local regulations

Act as a trusted advisor to management by preparing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making

Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, alignment with business objectives

Coordinate audits and maintain strong relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and external partners

Support investments, projects, and growth initiatives through financial analysis

Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and financial performance

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and internal policies

Qualification requirements

University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or similar

Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Finance Manager role

Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial operations, cost accounting and tax regulations

Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis

Strong knowledge in business partnering and performance management

Solid understanding of internal controls, audit processes, and compliance

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills

Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing team

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluency in English; German is an advantage

High level of integrity, ownership, and accountability
