What you can expect
- You are responsible for the operational support and counseling of HR managers in the assigned countries
- You support and coordinate international potential analyses, succession planning, and the organization of global personnel development programs
- You ensure the implementation of international HR processes, such as the employee app, the role model program, and employee surveys.
- You actively contribute to HR strategy projects and take ownership of sub-project management to support strategic goals
- You support the team with organizational and administrative tasks
What you bring along
- You have successfully completed your studies, preferably with a focus on human resources, psychology, economics or comparable fields.
- Strong communication skills that enable you to convey complex content clearly and convincingly, combined with a customer-orientated mindset.
- Flexibility and commitment, combined with the ability to remain confident and composed in challenging situations.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, German language level of at least A2 with the willingness to improve it.
- A willingness to travel internationally and enthusiasm to work in intercultural teams

Our salary offer is based on market rates, qualifications, and experience and may exceed the minimum salary of € 45.920,- gross/month stipulated in the collective agreement for this position.
