Brief Role Description
At Porsche, excellence extends far beyond the moment a vehicle is delivered. We are looking for an exceptional Service Consultant to become the trusted advisor for our customers throughout their ownership journey.
As the key link between our customers and our workshop operations, you will ensure that every service interaction reflects the premium standards, precision, and passion that define the Porsche brand. You will transform technical expertise into a seamless customer experience, building long-term relationships founded on trust, transparency, and outstanding service.
Possible Tasks within this Role
Your Mission
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire service journey.
- Advise customers on maintenance, repair, warranty, and service solutions.
- Coordinate service activities between customers and workshop teams.
- Prepare and explain service estimates, work orders, and recommendations.
- Ensure proactive communication regarding vehicle status and delivery timelines.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as a Porsche Brand Ambassador in every customer interaction.

Qualification requirements
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Aftersales Advisor, Service Consultant, or similar automotive customer-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
- Experience in premium automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service environments is an advantage.
- Good command of English; German is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management systems.
- Valid Category B driving licence.
