Porsche Albania, the first international automobile company operating in new car business in Albania and one of the leading companies in Albania's Automotive market, is part of one of the most successful automotive trading houses in Europe, the Austrian Porsche Holding Group.

Porsche Albania sh.p.k. is the official importer and exclusive retailer of Skoda, SEAT, VW PKW and Audi in Albania and retailer for Volkswagen Commercial Cars. For further development of our business in Tirana we are searching for a new team member.

Brief Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager to lead the commercial success of one of our international brands at Porsche Albania. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, market share, profitability, and brand positioning while ensuring outstanding customer experience and maintaining strong relationships with the manufacturer, dealer network, and key stakeholders.

Brand Manager will lead the Sales Team, work closely with the General Manager and Marketing Manager, and oversee sales operations, customer satisfaction, brand development, logistics, and team performance to achieve the company’s business objectives.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the brand to achieve sales volume, market share, and profitability targets.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by overseeing customer care and managing key customer relationships, including VIP and fleet clients.
  • Develop and execute brand and sales strategies based on company objectives and manufacture directives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and brand performance, proposing corrective actions when needed.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, monitor sales performance against targets, and support pricing and tactical campaign planning.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure efficient vehicle ordering, stock management, and implementation of factory campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the manufacturer, dealer network, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team by setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and supporting employee development.
  • Ensure high standards across the showroom, digital sales initiatives, and overall brand representation.
  • Promote compliance with company policies and manufacturer standards across all sales activities.

 

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or brand management, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Passion for the automotive industry and a strong customer-oriented mindset.
  • Strategic thinking with strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to monitor business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Solution oriented and proactive thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; German is considered an advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license.
