Brief Role Description

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between the customer and the service workshop. Your role will be to identify customer needs, organize and monitor service processes, and ensure a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction. Through daily communication with customers and the service team, you will contribute to the efficient operation of the workshop, the professional image of the company, and the achievement of business goals.

Possible Tasks within this Role

• Advising customers on the type, scope, and costs of repairs and installed parts during fault repairs
• Assessing warranty claims in consultation with the warranty associate or workshop manager
• Opening work orders (general repairs, warranty repairs, pre-delivery inspection)
• Coordinating work with the workshop manager and master technicians
• Planning the optimal use of workshop capacity through targeted offering and sales of service solutions
• Monitoring the quality of completed work and fulfillment of customer requirements
• Handling complaints and communicating with customers
• Checking invoice accuracy and explaining invoice items to customers when handing over vehicles
• Actively using customer contacts to promote and sell vehicles, spare parts, and additional equipment
• Applying prescribed procedures and work standards
• Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualification requirements

• College or high school degree in a technical field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same or similar positions
• Intermediate conversational level of English or German
• Good computer skills
• Valid Category B driving license
