Brief Role Description
At Elli, we are shaping the energy world of tomorrow with intelligent charging solutions for electric vehicles. As part of the Volkswagen Group, we will be the first provider on the market to offer drivers and fleet managers of electric vehicles a seamless and holistic charging and energy experience. Elli will change the way energy is used and generated in the future. We are making life with electricity simple, smart, and economical. Elli is part of the energy transition and is driving the breakthrough of e-mobility.
Possible Tasks within this Role
- You remove spare parts from the obsolete materials inventory and ship them throughout Europe.
- You flash control units in preparation for a service call.
- You ensure the availability of spare parts for Elli technicians.
- You support with fault diagnosis.
- You support the team leader in scheduling technicians.
- You analyse work reports to identify ways to improve services.
- You maintain the SharePoint site used for communication with partners.
Qualification requirements
- You are pursuing a technical course of study.
- You are based in Wolfsburg or in the surrounding area.
- You are fluent in English, German is a nice-to-have.
- You have strong technical understanding.
- You demonstrate strong organisational skills and an analytical approach.
