INTRODUCTION TO DEPARTMENT, POSITION, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Employer Brand & People Experience team at Elli designs the end-to-end people journey - from a candidate's first touchpoint all the way through life as a teammate. We run engagement programs, DEI initiatives, and surveys that keep our culture inclusive, high-trust, and data-informed.

Your Tasks would be:

  • Recruiting (interview to onboarding): coordinate scheduling, prepare interviewers and candidates, manage feedback and offers, and ensure a structured handover into onboarding
  • DEI initiatives: support the design and rollout of initiatives that drive inclusive hiring standards, bias-aware processes, and ERG activities; maintain a measurable plan and track outcomes
  • Company surveys: set up and quality-check engagement and pulse surveys, analyze results, and translate findings into clear recommendations
  • Employee engagement: assist with programs, events, and communications that strengthen belonging and recognition across the organization

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Currently enrolled in a degree program in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field - or with a strong general interest in people and organizations

  • German and English at B2+ level, spoken and written
  • Initial HR experience through internships or working-student roles is a plus

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SOFT SKILLS

  • Good MS Office skills
  • Genuine interest in learning, creating, and applying new ideas and concepts in practice
  • Strong communication skills, proactivity, and an open, approachable personality
  • Motivated to independently drive and deliver initiatives and projects in a goaloriented and reliable manner

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ideally available as a working student for 12 months, or as a full-time intern for 6 months
