Role Summary
The Lead Qualification Specialist will be the first point of contact, representing Electrify America in its efforts to expand its network! This Specialist will perform preliminary outreach to real estate owners and operators to gauge interest in hosting an Electrify America charging station on their property(ies). The chosen candidate will demonstrate exceptional phone skills, curiosity about Electrify America and the Electrify America Network of Charging Stations, and a willingness to share what he/she/they learn about the benefits of hosting an Electrify America Charging Station at a retail operation. To be successful, the Specialist will bring their knowledge (which we will gladly provide) of Electrify America, the largest, open, Hyper-Fast Charging Network in North America to phone calls with retail property owners identified by the Site Acquisition Team and encourage further contact with a Site Acquisition Specialist to place a charging station at the identified location.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
Education:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
Education (Preferred):
- CRM software tools (e.g. Salesforce)
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in real estate or electric vehicle charging
- Familiarity with Co-Star or similar commercial real property information site OR strong computer skills and willingness to learn Co-Star
General Skills:
- Communication skills – interpersonal, oral and written
- Integration – joining people, processes or systems
- Computer savvy – skilled in the use of software
Specialized Skills:
- Experience with business-to-business communicating
- Curiosity about electric vehicle charging and the infrastructure necessary to support electric vehicle adoption
- Excellent phone skills
- Detail oriented
- High-level proficiency in Outlook, TEAMs and SalesForce
