Brief Role Description
The Incentives Management Contractor will assist with incentives program compliance by ensuring that Electrify America meets all contracting, project delivery, and reporting milestones related to incentive projects. This individual will work closely with the Grants Management Specialist to maintain current records of project status and identify any risks to successful, timely delivery. This individual will also manage preparation and collection of data templates to collect necessary information from different business lines, and draft these into period progress and close-out reports required for different programs.
The work is highly cross-functional and will involve regular collaboration with Electrify America’s Real Estate, Sales, Construction, and Operations teams in order to ensure that the proposed targets are implementable and quickly pursued. The ideal candidate is passionate and self-driven, with strong data analysis in addition to past grants management or program compliance expertise. Possible Tasks within this Role
Incentives Implementation Management (50%)
- Analyze and validate reporting data from Electrify America systems to inform submissions
- Maintain incentives reporting schedule and keep management apprised of upcoming obligations
- Identify risks to project delivery and timeline and address or escalate as necessary to mitigate
- Ensure timely delivery of necessary documentation to ensure grant compliance
Incentive Agreements Analysis (25%)
- Assist in review of incentive agreements, SOWs and contracts to identify compliance requirements
- Create a schedule of necessary reports and information to be reported to incentives providers
- Develop data collection templates to secure necessary information from relevant business lines
Scalable Management Systems (25%)
- Develop tools and processes to support continued expansion of incentive program participation
- Support implementation of internal tracking system to manage project delivery and reporting
Present recommendations to leadership and assist with implementation of new systems

Salary range is dependent on factors such as geographical differentials, industry-based experience, skills, training, credentials, and other qualifications.
The salary range is $90,000 - $112,000.
