Brief Role Description
The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in helping execute and optimize campaigns across our web, CRM, and other digital touchpoints. Supporting a small, fast-moving marketing team, this role blends day-to-day execution with strategic thinking while managing content updates, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring best practices across digital channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to connect the dots between data, customer experience, and business goals to drive engagement and deliver measurable results.
Help Areas:
Web
- Help manage and coordinate web content updates, optimizations, translations, and ticketing across internal and external teams.
- Maintain best practices for web performance, leveraging Google Analytics, Search Console, and tracking/tagging tools.
- Support SEO strategy, including keyword reporting, organic search performance, and site health; collaborate with vendors and eventually assist with both organic and paid search initiatives.
CRM
- Lead day-to-day execution of email campaigns - content creation, creative briefs, stakeholder coordination (Legal, MarComms, Product), and collaboration with the email developer.
- Maintain email best practices and ensure accurate tracking of campaigns, trigger keys, and performance metrics.
- Identify and implement optimizations across journeys and campaigns, from strategy to QA to deployment.
- Support customer journey mapping, enhancements, and refinements to improve engagement and retention.
- Manage the ad-hoc email calendar, QA checklists, and overall email deployment readiness.
App & HMI
- Collaborate with the product team on new mobile app features, ensuring customer communications are updated and aligned.
- Coordinate and triage HMI-related requests and messaging updates.

Qualification requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, CRM, or web content management.
- Proven experience managing email campaigns, web content updates, and digital performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Familiarity with mobile app communications and HMI systems is a plus.
