Brief Role Description
Electrify America seeks a Junior Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for Electrify America’s Cycle 4 Brand-Neutral Zero-Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Awareness and Education programs. This role will assist the Project Manager in managing sponsorships, community-based programs, and reporting requirements tied to Electrify America’s compliance obligations.
Possible Tasks within this Role
Program Support (70%)
- Assist Cycle 4 grant recipients, including scheduling calls, preparing training materials, and distributing documentation (EV 101, reporting templates, LIC/DAC tracking).
- Support coordination of program webinars and stakeholder meetings.
- Maintain organized records of program deliverables, invoices, and compliance documentation.
- Track and update budget spreadsheets under Project Manager guidance.
- Prepare draft summaries for quarterly and annual CARB and EPA reporting.
- Help identify media and marketing opportunities for program amplification.
Operational Support (20%)
- Maintain excellent program documentation & reporting on Monday.com.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings; prepare agendas and notes.
- Maintain stakeholder communication logs and assist with follow-up actions.
- Compile quarterly marketing and communications highlights for PESO model amplification.
Administrative Tasks (10%)
- Organize files and maintain shared folders for program documentation.
- Assist with travel coordination and expense tracking per Volkswagen Group of America policy.
- Support invoice review process for completeness and compliance.
Qualification requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to evolving priorities.
