The People & Culture team is looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Support Consultant.
As SAP SuccessFactors Support Consultant, you will build up the main support for Porsche Holdings future global HR IT platform “HelloSuccess” in 29 countries. With your fundamental understanding of processes and systems, particularly in SAP SuccessFactors and OpenText, you will use your expertise to support more than 35,000 employees, managers, and local HR departments worldwide.
What will you do:
- Expert for HR modules within SuccessFactors (EC; REC; ONB; PMGM, SPCDP and LMS).
- First point of contact for in 29 countries.
- Detailed Error Analysis and Troubleshooting: Handling and resolving tickets for issue resolution in Hello Success (Ticket processing).
- Analyzing and resolving complex process and/or data errors with the users in the system.
- Assessing ticket complexity and prioritizing tasks accordingly.
- Creation of Support Tickets and forwarding unsolvable issues to higher support levels.
- Monitoring of global template changes and SAP release information and evaluation as well as adaptation of the effects with the respective global process managers within Porsche Holding.
What makes you fit:
- Fundamental understanding of the Hire to Retire process in SAP SuccessFactors (2 years of experience)
- Knowledge of OpenText is an advantage
- Experienced with incident management tools such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence
- Comfortable expert user in common office tools and technologies such as WebEx, Jira, Confluence, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Passionate about delivering a great customer experience in service delivery
- Able to perform in a geographically dispersed international team
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in Portuguese, German and Spanish is a plus
- Able to deliver high degree of customer satisfaction
- Focus on establishing great working relations with the other members of the team
- Able to solve incident in a timely manner
- Valid Work Permit for Portugal
