Possible Tasks within this Role

Conduct trend scouting and derive design influences with regard to current and future products and concepts with main focus on exterior details
-
Develop individual and creative design drafts and concepts for Volkswagen brand production vehicles, concept vehicles and show cars
-
Develop design drafts, alternative concepts and innovations with a view to changing market requirements
-
Create presentations, 3D animations and VR real-time visualizations, translate approved designs into digital and physical models
Qualification requirements
-
Students of the Departments Transportation Design, Industrial Design or comparable course of study
-
Knowledge of current software like Adobe CS, Maya, Blender or VRED etc.

Completed undergraduate studies (more than 89 CP)
-
English, German Level B2
-
Strong creative design portfolio
-
Analytical thinking
-
Sense of trends
-
Presentation skills
