REQUISITOS

FUNCIONES:  TEMPORAL HASTA 28 DE FEBRERO 2029.

The FG Representative acts as the lead and neutral representative of the Functional Group (FG) within the project organization. This role ensures alignment  at operative level between interdisciplinary teams (Purchasing, R&D, Quality, Logistics, Finance) and represents FG topics in project committees, steering meetings, and decision boards. The FG Representative is crucial for readiness tracking and industrialization activities.

Project Leadership & Representation

• Lead FG-related discussions in project committees and status meetings.
• Represent FG topics neutrally to upper and top management.
• Align timing plans, Schleifenplan, Flickenteppich, and readiness tracking tools.

 Planning & Tracking

• Define measures to achieve targets for Variants, MEK (cost), and weight.
• Track and ensure completion of ÄKO/AWE documents and change management.
• Monitor release tracking (B, K, BMG) and readiness milestones.

 Coordination & Communication

• Organize weekly sessions with operative teams to align on timing, problem sheets, and pre-series activities.
• Prepare and present traffic light sheets, Flickenteppich, and decision topics.

 Problem-Solving & Steering

• Identify issues early, propose solutions, and steer interdisciplinary discussions.
• Ensure neutrality when presenting problems and solutions.

 Financial & Industrialization Focus

• Support cost reduction initiatives (BNK, MEK) and industrialization readiness.
• Adapt parts to local conditions and ensure compressed timing targets are met.

CONOCIMIENTOS Y REQUISITOS:

• Leadership and project management skills.
• Experience in cross-functional coordination and readiness tracking.  (FG, Set or project coordination)
• Ability to maintain neutrality and represent team interests objectively.
• Familiarity with tools like Flickenteppich, Schleifenplan, Problem Sheets, AWE/ÄKO.
• Knowledge of industrialization processes and cost optimization strategies.

Experience in project management required.

Educación:

Licenciatura/ingeniería, con Título y Cédula profesional.

Administración, Industrial, Mecánica, Electrónica,  y/o afin. 

Sistemas:

Indispensable: paquetería office

Indispensable: Excel intermedio-avanzado

Deseable: AVON, TEVON, KVS at user level

Idiomas:

Indispensable: INGLES avanzado, B2 en adelante. Completamente speaking fluido con personas del extranjero.
