Responsibilities:

#### UX Strategy & Product Design

- Lead end-to-end UX and UI design activities for enterprise software products
- Translate business requirements and customer needs into intuitive user experiences
- Design user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes and interfaces
- Drive usability improvements and continuously optimize user interactions and flows
- Conduct and facilitate user research, discovery sessions, workshops, and usability validations

#### UX Leadership & Coordination

- Coordinate UX activities across multiple product teams
- Align design decisions and user experience standards across different initiatives
- Guide and support other designers through feedback, collaboration, and design direction
- Drive UX runway activities and contribute to long-term product experience strategy
- Promote consistency and user-centered design practices across the organization

#### Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Product Owners, Frontend Engineers, and business stakeholders
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams
- Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in design decisions
- Contribute actively to Agile planning, refinement, and product discovery activities

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
- A degree in Design (Communication Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, UX, HCI) or a related field OR equivalent professional experience
- Fluent English and German
- Strong experience designing complex enterprise software and user flows
- Deep understanding of usability and user-centered design principles
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into product improvements
- Strong proficiency with Figma and modern design/prototyping tools
- Experience coordinating other designers
- Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems in enterprise environments
- Having familiarity with frontend technologies is a plus
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments is a plus
