The Role:
Are you an Agile Coach with 5+ years of experience who wants to work at both operational and strategic levels? If you’re passionate about Agile transformation and driving business impact through Agile execution, KPIs, and OKRs, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Coach Team Leaders, developers, RTEs, and Product Owners in Agile execution and leadership.
- Support Agile teams in PI Planning and within the ART and cross-team collaboration.
- Work closely with Team Leaders, developers and Product Owners to improve backlog management.
- Supports in coaching how events and workshops can be effective and goal oriented (timebox, clear agenda and goal)
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Define and track OKRs and Agile performance metrics.
- Help implement Agile performance metrics to track team progress.
- Align Agile strategy with business objectives and financial goals.
- Support Agile teams in budget estimation and cost management.
- Improve stakeholder communication and Agile Portfolio Management.
- Collaborate with leadership to scale Agile transformation at the enterprise level.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years as an Agile Coach in SAFe environments.
- Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DevOps practices).
- Experience working with Agile teams and coaching individuals.
- Experience coaching executives, leadership teams, and Agile practitioners.
- Hands-on experience with OKRs, financial estimation, and Agile Portfolio Management.
- Familiarity with enterprise Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, SAFe Tooling, Lean Portfolio Management tools).
- Excellent team collaboration and coaching skills.
- Strong facilitation and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for Agile and helping teams deliver value efficiently.
- Exceptional facilitation and communication skills.
- SAFe certification (SPC, SA) is a strong plus.
- Strategic mindset and strong leadership.
- Ability to influence executives, stakeholders, and Agile teams.
- Passion for driving Agile transformation at an enterprise scale.
- German (plus)
