Labour Attorney Technician

We are currently hiring a Labour Attorney Technician to join our Legal-Staff team for our new projects in Valencia.
Who are we?
Our Staff department takes responsibility for different areas to manage in our offices such as administration, legal, IT, talent acquisition, learning and development, payroll, global assignment, office management and HRBP duties of the company, as well as providing professional support to our Volkswagen Group partners within these areas.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Provision of legal advice to all internal departments of all locations, especially Human Resources and Management, on generic legal matters;
- Provision and monitoring of risk analysis on labour issues (main focus on Navarra and Valencia);
- Draft, revision and approval of legal documentation related to employee lifecycle management and employer (e.g. employment contracts, HR policies, company guidelines, etc);
- Monitor and report on national labour regulatory trends;
- Support on the implementation of Volkswagen Group's labour-related policies and regulations;
- Management of external counsel on labour and employment issues;
- Support for draft, revision and approval of workplace compliance policies;
- Support on disciplinary actions;
- Support on adaptation of internal policies to internal regulations, as well as collective agremeents;
- Supporting role in negotiations with employee representation (e.g. Workers' Council);
- Liaise with supervisory authorities or public institutions, when necessary;
- Generic support to the Integrity, Risk Management, Compliance and Legal Department in Iberia.
What requirements are we looking for?
- Advanced English is mandatory.
- Between 3-5 years of previous experience (in-house/company environment is a plus, but not a knock-out criteria).
- Spanish Bar Association (with active license) is mandatory.
