Brief Role Description

Employees who analyze, design, develop, and implement IT applications and software components. They define interfaces for users or between systems and are involved in system integration and tests. This role can have significantly more experience and/or tasks/responsibilities than the base role.

Possible Tasks within this Role

Your responsibilities:
•    Assist in managing and maintaining Linux-based servers.
•    Support infrastructure automation
•    Help set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployments.
•    Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts 
•    Troubleshoot system issues under the guidance of senior team members.
•    Assist in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
•    Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
•    Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve deployment workflows.

 

 

Your skills:

 

•    1+ years of experience in Linux system administration or DevOps.
•    Basic knowledge of Bash scripting (Python or Go is a plus).
•    Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
•    Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and basic services.
•    Basic experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
•    Some knowledge of Docker and containerization concepts.
•    Eagerness to learn and work in a DevOps environment.
•    Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
