The Role:

• We are seeking a Finance Technician to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in helping us manage our general finance, costs, invoices, and procurement processes, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily finance operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and cost accounting.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports and statements.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate financial data.
• Handle procurement requests and processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with VW Group standards.
• Collaborate closely with team members across departments to support financial decision-making.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance and accounting roles, with a strong understanding of financial processes and standards.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP).
• Autonomous working style and strong prioritisation skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work in an international environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
